We will offer early‑bird, regular, and late on‑site registration options. ISHAM members will also be able to register at a reduced rate. More details will be announced in a later stage. Sign up for our newsletter to make sure you don’t miss any updates.

Group registration
Are you planning to register multiple participants for the ISHAM2028? Please send an email to ishamcongress@congresscare.com. The organization provides you with a separate registration link to register your participants.
*LMIC / LATAM Countries
The Emerging Economy Rate applies to individuals (no group registrations) from low-income and lower-middle-income economies according to the World Bank listing available at the website of the World Bank. This fee does not apply to industry delegates.
Payment
Only through credit card. (VISA, Mastercard en AMEX)
Cancellation
Cancellations must be submitted in writing to the Congress Secretariat. Cancellations made before 1 March 2028 will be refunded, less 30% to cover administration costs. After this date, the registration is binding and no refunds
will be given. However, a replacement can be registered upon request. Please contact the congress secretariat in that case. Please note: any travel and accommodation expenses incurred by yourself with parties outside Congress Care are not eligible for a refund

Letter of Invitation
If you need a letter of invitation to support your visa application in order to attend the 13th Trends in Medical Mycology meeting, please fill out the PDF form below. By filling out the form, you accept sole responsibility for the information you provide. In case of clandestine immigration the secretariat cannot accept responsibility.
A refused visa application is no reason for a refund.
